Shipping Options and Transit Times

*Transit times to major city regions in Canada. Some additional delays may be experienced for regions outside of major city regions.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours however please allow up to 3 business days to process your orders during peak times. Shipping transit times are over and above order processing times.
Confirmations (Order & Shipping)
All shipping options have tracking numbers for live tracing. At the time of placing your order with us you will receive an “Order Confirmation” by email confirming reception of your order. Once your order has been packed and shipped you will also receive a “Shipping Confirmation” by email providing you with your shipment tracking number. To ensure you receive our confirmations simply add us (orders@kaiderm.com) to your email address book.
Prices/Currencies
Prices listed on Kai DERM website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and all orders are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Shipping Discrepancies
Contact Customer Care directly at orders@kaiderm.com within 3 business days of receipt to advise of any shipping discrepancies (incorrect item received, missing item). Kai DERM is not responsible for any discrepancies reported after 3 days of receipt.
Lost or Damaged Items in Transit
Contact Customer Care directly at orders@kaiderm.com within 3 business days of receipt or discovery of any lost or damaged items. Kai DERM is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages reported after 3 business days of receipt.
Non-Refundable
Please note that shipping charges (and returns charges if applicable) are non-refundable. You will still be charged the shipping fees and any return fees if you refuse the items at the time of delivery.
Unclaimed Packages / Wrong Address Provided
Please note that any unclaimed shipments, refused shipments or returned packages due to wrong address provided are subject to the return shipping costs plus the original shipping charge that was paid by Kai DERM to send the package. If the shipping costs were originally paid by the customer, only the return shipping costs and any fees associated with the unclaimed or refused shipment will be charged to the customer. Please double check that your “shipping address” is correct to avoid incurring this fee. We will contact you if your unclaimed package is returned to us.
Kai DERM reserves the right to refuse any order.

RETURN POLICY

Only items purchased on this website can be returned through kaiderm.com. For items purchased elsewhere, please contact the original point of purchase regarding your return.
To be eligible for a return at kaiderm.com you must satisfy the following requirements:
- Item(s) must be unopened in their original packaging. Returns for kits must include all items in the kit.
- Obtain prior authorization from Kai DERM Customer Care and receive a Return Authorization number (RA #).
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Order # or proof of purchase must be included.
To complete your return, please follow these steps.
- Review the entire returns policy.
- If you meet the eligibility requirements, email orders@kaiderm.com and provide your Order #. An RA # will be generated and provided to you by email.
- Carefully package all returned item(s) in their original packaging.
- Clearly indicate the RA# on the outside of your return package. Please note any returns sent to us without an RA# clearly indicated on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
- Ship your returned item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date to:

Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return and refund to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible to pay for return shipment charges. Kai DERM is not responsible for returned packages that may be
lost or damaged in transit. To ensure that we receive the package we recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit. All other
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
Items that are received damaged from transit are eligible for return providing that Kai DERM Customer Service is advised within 3 days of receiving the damaged items. Email orders@kaiderm.com for further instructions.
Shipping Discrepancies

Allergic Reactions
Kai DERM products are developed and manufactured under pharmaceutical standards using ingredients that are non-allergenic. We understand that some products may not agree with your skin. In the rare event of an allergic reaction to a Kai DERM product, kindly advise us by email at orders@kaiderm.com within the first 48 hours of use and within 30 days of the purchase. Kai DERM may request a physician’s note and/or photos of the reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products. If approved, a refund for the individual product that caused the reaction will be issued. It will not be required to return the product in the event of a skin reaction.
We recommend reviewing the product ingredients and directions prior to purchasing. This information is not intended to replace the advice of a physician.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that all returns are subject to our review. We may deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the Returns Policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer upon request and at customer’s expense.
If your return is approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Your bank institution may have additional processing time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Once a return is approved, Kai DERM processes refunds within approximately 7 business days. If you do not see your refund indicated on your statement within a timely manner, kindly check with your credit card company directly and/or with your banking institution if needed as the timeframe for posting transactions can vary by banking institution.
Additional Information
Kai DERM reserves the right to modify or change this Returns Policy at any time. Kai DERM also reserves the right to refuse any return at its sole discretion.
